Nick Mayer writes:
"Shortly after the new GGK novel (Under Heaven) was anounced I had a stong mental image of what felt like a cover design. I think this partially came from thinking about cover designs for the other novels after Guy set that challenge with in the Ysabel release journal. While I like to paint I rarely get the chance and am currently enjoying the challenges of photographic portraits. Thanks to Miko for agreeing to model, and please excuse the lack of symmetry in the cover design - this should have been corrected. Interesting to see the UK cover similarly following a photographic movie poster style, though like many I prefer the artistry of the North American cover. Can't wait to read the book now."
